  • How can I add more message credits to my account?

    • Merchants can add additional credits to their account at any time from the billing page here: https://app.audiencetap.com/settings/billing
  • What does it mean when my credit balance is in the negatives?

    • When an account goes negative it continues to function as normal. The only restriction is merchants can’t schedule new campaigns. Customers can still join the list and automation messages will still send. Any previously scheduled campaigns will also send as scheduled.
    • Accounts are automatically “recharged” every 4 hours if they fall below a certain level of messages. This is on the billing page https://app.audiencetap.com/settings/billing
