Frequently Asked Questions
You pay a monthly platform fee plus per-message rates for SMS and MMS. Carrier fees are passed through at cost and reconciled daily. There are no credits to track — you simply pay for what you send.
Carrier fees are charges from mobile carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) for delivering messages. These are passed through at cost — we do not mark them up. They average about $0.003 per SMS and $0.008 per MMS.
The transaction fee is a percentage of each Text-to-Buy order (product + shipping + taxes, post-discount). Your payment processor (Stripe or Authorize.net) handles credit card processing fees separately — our transaction fee is independent of that.
The Pilot is a 2-month introductory offer for new merchants: $149 gets you the full Starter experience with a $500 messaging balance included. At the end of 2 months, your account auto-converts to Starter at $99 /mo. Any unused messaging balance carries over.
Annual plans give you 2 months free — you pay for 10 months instead of 12. The discount applies to the base platform fee only. Message rates, carrier fees, and transaction fees remain the same.
Auto-recharge automatically tops up your messaging balance when it drops below a threshold you set. This ensures your campaigns and automations are never interrupted. You can adjust the threshold and top-up amount in account settings.
No long-term contracts on Starter or Pro. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans are billed upfront for the discounted rate.
All plans include Shopify, Stripe, Authorize.net, and Klaviyo integrations. Pro plans add API access for custom integrations. Enterprise plans include custom integration builds.
AI Shopping Assist is a Pro-tier feature that uses AI to help customers during the purchasing conversation — handling product questions, recommending products based on purchase history, and managing complex scenarios like size selection.
